WE ARE HIRING!
Ward Hi-Tech are looking for experienced Sales Managers to join our existing team.
Ideally they will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the machine tool industry with a wide knowledge of the CNC machin tool sector. With good communication skills and a willingness to travel around the country so a full UK driving licence would be required for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Identify new areas of growth for sales and promote Company presence in marketplace
- Responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs
- Sales/lead generation and prospecting
- Account management and new business development
- Provide forecasts and budgets as required
- Sourcing and quoting new customers
- Generate new business opportunities within your region
- Area sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Provide feedback on products and activity
- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports
- Strategy and business planning
We offer a generous commission structure, compay mobile & laptop or tablet. A company vehicle would also be provided.
Salary would be based upon experience.
